This event is designed to incite an open and public creative playing field, intended to engage local, artful individuals to participate by offering unique performances and expressions for each self and the void.

This is a monthly event, with a rotating cast of curators, coordinated by The Marburg Collective, hosted by Rohs Street Cafe. The event is perpetual, so long as you are interested. Free for all ages.

OPEN MIC .  A perfect opportunity to share a performance piece, at any stage of preparation [a collection of words, a composition of sound, a bad joke]. The venue is equipped with PA system for ample amplification.

OPEN WALL .  An unusual installation, this “wall” is comprised of four movable cubicle dividers [available for lighter-weight artworks, anything that can be secured with a pushpin [heavier work can sit beside the wall, or above it !]  An effort to engage visual artists to participate in this kind of open, creative event, wherein those folks are typically excluded.
